Sprinty is a intervall training app for sprint training and HIIT training. It offer time based workouts or distance based workouts.
For time based workouts you specify target time for each set and number of reps. For distance based workouts you specify target distances where you can target you training for a specific distance where yow would like to track a progress.
All workouts is also plotted on a map where you can follow your training and see which parts of the workout you need to improve for the next time.
You can view stats after you finish your workout and try to break you own goals and record. Have fun and download it for free.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
